Purpose of the service
YAGIRO is a tool for reviewing and comparing spreadsheet data such as Excel and CSV files so differences and other items requiring review are easier to identify.
Terms of Use
These are the basic terms for using YAGIRO during beta. They may be revised before any paid service is launched.
Beta service
YAGIRO is currently in beta. Features, presentation, specifications, and availability may change without notice. The displayed Pro plan and experimental paid-interest buttons are demand tests only. An interest click does not create an account, take payment or activate a paid service.
Reviewing results
YAGIRO helps identify review candidates. Checks can miss problems or flag valid data. Verify results against source records before business decisions. Invoice Review does not perform statutory or financial audits, give accounting assurance, determine fraud, or approve payments.
Prohibited use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, infringe the rights of others, or use YAGIRO in violation of applicable law.
Availability and warranties
We aim to operate the service reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect operation with every file format, browser, device, or data set.
Changes
The service and these terms may be updated as beta validation continues or as functionality, operational needs, or legal requirements change. Additional contractual terms will be prepared before a paid plan is launched.
